PLEASE NOT THAT THE TEXT BELOW IS JUST A SUMMARY OF SOME OF OUR POLICIES YOU MAY FIND USEFUL AS A VISITOR. HOWEVER, BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR ANY SERVICE, WE WILL SEND YOU A COMPREHENSIVE DOCUMENT THAT CONTAINS ALL OUR POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Please note that our business hours are from Monday to Friday, starting from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. We are closed on all US holidays and weekends. We will only be able to respond to any emails or inquiries during our business hours. We may also respond during the weekends to clear backlog during busy periods.
REFUNDS
It is important to note that all payments are final and no refunds will be issued. If you decide to cancel the project, the design process will stop and the project will be delivered as is. In a case where we are unable to complete the project on our end, due to circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be refunded.
COMMUNICATION AND DELAYS
We will keep in touch with you during the duration of this project. In case we need any resources from you to proceed with the project, we request you to kindly respond within 48 hours. Any responses received outside of this window MAY cause a delay in the delivery of your project.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Once you approve the completion of the project, it will be marked complete. Any further changes will be subject to a fee.
PROJECT SHARING
We reserve the right to share any and all designs across our social media pages, website, and other platforms, at any stage.
